The jewel in the company crown, the new Bolovisto cellar built in 2009, is located in Ogliano. The vineyards are situated in the hills of the original DOCG Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore area. These elongated mounds of glacial debris dating back to the last Ice Age feature medium-depth soils on top of calcium and magnesium carbonate sediment. The presence of red clays in the upper layers was brought about by the movement of the glaciers that shaped these hills. This area has large differences between day and night temperatures during the harvesting period, which imparts fruity and floral notes in the Prosecco wines, which can be defined as “Superiore”.

A pale yellow colour with greenish highlights, delicate and persistent perlage. On the nose it is fruity and floral. Pleasant to the palate. Excellent as an aperitif, well suited to all courses or accompanying savoury dishes, hors d’oeuvres, fish and first courses in general. Serve at a temperature of 8-10 °C.

Pale yellow with greenish highlights, delicate and persistent perlage. On the nose it is fruity and floral. On the plate is boasts an excellent freshness and personality. This is a wine that can be consumed with every meal, excellent coupled with first courses in general and fish dishes. Perfect as an aperitif. Serve at a temperature of 8-10 °C.
