Vigneti Campomolino
This vineyard features deep soils in which bands of clay alternate with finer, looser matter made up of ancient sediment from the nearby river, which has changed course several times over the ages. These soils make this vineyard suitable for producing still wines with good overall balance.
Our Chardonnay is produced from grapes grown here.
White 75 cl. 12% vol.
Pale yellow with greenish highlights. Fruity on the nose (golden apple) with hints of bread crust, acacia blossom and almond. In the mouth it boasts an excellent body, savoury with a well-balanced full flavour. Excellent with all courses, low-fat hors d’oeuvres and fish dishes. Serve at a temperature of 10-12 °C.
Cabernet Franc
Red 75 cl. 12,5% vol.
Ruby red wine with purplish highlights. Grassy notes on the nose, typical of the vine, with scents of mulberry, raspberry and the spicy aroma of tobacco. Savoury and harmonic in the mouth it boasts a solid and persistent structure with a pleasantly tannic aftertaste. It prefers coupling with red meat dishes and mature cheeses. Serve at a temperature of 18-20 °C.
