This area of ancient flat woodland forms an island of lush green vegetation in the middle of an ancient plain featuring hard, compact soils rich in organic matter with a complex mineral composition. The soil here creates a good balance of vegetation in the vineyard and an optimum ratio between foliage and yield, which is limited to medium-to-low levels of sparse bunches and small berries. This area produces crisp, fragrant wines with a luscious palate which present an excellent balance between the various components. The vineyard produces grapes for Pinot Grigio and Prosecco.
Pinot Grigio
White 75 cl. 12% vol.
Pale yellow wine with greenish highlights. The aroma recalls dry hay, cupules and apple. On the palate it is savoury, elegant and harmonious boasting fine structure. Suitable for aperitifs, low-fat dishes, soups and fish courses. Serve at a temperature of 10-12 °C.

Red 75 cl. 13% vol.
Wine with an aroma rich with red fruit, such as raspberry and wild mulberry, spiced up with cinnamon. On the palate it boasts a solid structure. Excellent with red or white meat and semi-matured cheeses. Serve at a temperature of 18-20 °C.
