Rich, deep soil dating back to an ancient era. In medieval times, this marshy and boggy wetland was drained by Benedictine monks. Certain parts of the countryside surrounding Orsago have conserved the centuries-old topographical conformation typical of the Palù, with enclosed fields which were originally marshland. The complexity and organic richness of the soil in this area make it possible to produce full-bodied wines with unique and instantly-recognizable characteristics. This is where we produce our Prosecco wine.

White 75 cl. 11,5% vol.
Pale yellow wine with greenish highlights, delicate and persistent perlage. On the nose it is fruity and floral. Pleasant on the palate, the wine’s delicate structure emerges together with its pleasant clean aroma. It is excellent as an aperitif, with all courses or coupled with savoury dishes, hot or cold hors d’oeuvres, fish and first courses in general. Serve at a temperature of 8-10 °C.

Pale yellow with greenish highlights, delicate and persistent perlage. On the nose it is fruity and floral. On the plate is boasts an excellent freshness and personality. This is a wine that can be consumed with every meal, excellent coupled with first courses in general and fish dishes. Perfect as an aperitif. Serve at a temperature of 8-10 °C.
