Made from grapes grown and vinified in the Bolovisto cellar in Ogliano, in the Conegliano-Valdobbiadene Prosecco area. Presents a pale straw yellow colour and elegant, persistent perlage; the typical Golden Delicious apple nose mingles with more floral aromas; a streak of acidity harmonises perfectly with the smooth palate and just the right degree of minerality. Ideal for aperitifs but also matches perfectly with vegetable-based first courses, grilled fish or roast white meat. Serve at a temperature of around 6 - 8 °C.
Militare XV-XVIII

From our vineyards adjacent to the cellar, where during the First World War there was once a military airfield, comes Militare XV-XVIII. Pale straw colour with greenish hints, delicate and persistent perlage. Fruity and floral to the nose. Gratifying to the palate, there emerges the wine's delicate structure and pleasant olfactory cleanliness. Excellent as an aperitif, suited to all courses or coupled with savoury dishes, cold and hot hors d'oeuvres, fish and first courses in general. Serve at a temperature of 8-10°C.
Noè
Manzoni bianco / I.G.T.

Obtained from the 6.0.13 Manzoni Bianco grape produced in the Noé vineyard. Pale yellow in colour with greenish highlights, on the nose it expresses hints of exotic fruit. In the mouth, balanced and with excellent body. Combines perfectly with fish or meat dishes. Serve at a temperature of 10-12 °C.
Chardonnay

Pale yellow with greenish highlights. Fruity on the nose (golden apple) with hints of bread crust, acacia blossom and almond. In the mouth it boasts an excellent body, savoury with a well-balanced full flavour. Excellent with all courses, low-fat hors d’oeuvres and fish dishes. Serve at a temperature of 10-12 °C.
Cabernet Franc

Ruby red wine with purplish highlights. Grassy notes on the nose, typical of the vine, with scents of mulberry, raspberry and the spicy aroma of tobacco. Savoury and harmonic in the mouth it boasts a solid and persistent structure with a pleasantly tannic aftertaste. It prefers coupling with red meat dishes and mature cheeses. Serve at a temperature of 18-20 °C.
Merlot

Ruby red wine with purplish highlights. Bouquet with obvious notes of red fruit, in particular raspberry and cherry, all enhanced by a slightly spicy aroma featuring cinnamon, cloves and pepper. In the mouth it boasts a fine structure, full, solid, harmonious and persistent with a dry aftertaste. It lends itself well to roasted meat, red or white, rabbit, poultry and semi-matured cheeses. Serve at a temperature of 18-20 °C.
Andrè Rosè

Rosè 75 cl. 11,5% vol.
Produced from the grapes of our Sant’Andrea di Pasiano (PN) vineyards. Rose coloured with purplish highlights. Notes of red fruit. Pleasantly fresh on the palate. Excellent as an aperitif, coupled with seafood, crustaceans and first courses based on fish. Serve at a temperature of 8-10 °C.
Barsè

It is obtained from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc before then being fermented in steel and refined in barrique. It presents an intense ruby red colour. A complex bouquet, fruity, spicy, with hints of vanilla, liquorice and dry hay. In the mouth it has excellent structure, aristocratic and full-bodied, blending well with red meat dishes in general and mature cheeses. Serve at a temperature of 18-20 °C.
Cabernet

Intense ruby red wine with purplish highlights. Full bouquet, slightly grassy, fruity and spicy. In the mouth it boasts an excellent body and successfully couples with roasted white meats, game and mature cheeses. Serve at a temperature of 18-20 °C.

Pale yellow wine with greenish highlights. The aroma recalls dry hay, cupules and apple. On the palate it is savoury, elegant and harmonious boasting fine structure. Suitable for aperitifs, low-fat dishes, soups and fish courses. Serve at a temperature of 10-12 °C.

Il colore è un leggero giallo paglierino, riflessi verdognoli. Dalle uve Glera del Veneto un fresco profumo di note floreali e fruttate (mela verde...). Il sapore è vivace e con personalità, il perlage persistente e fine. Perfetto come aperitivo e per happy hours, ma anche, ugualmente, a tutto pasto per l’abbinamento agli antipasti di verdure, ai risotti e primi piatti alle erbe e infine ai piatti di pesce.
Pinot Nero

Di colore rosso intenso con riflessi violacei. Profumo intenso ed etereo di frutti di bosco. In bocca risulta rotondo, armonico e dal sapore persistente. Gli abbinamento del Pinot nero come vino fermo è quello dei rossi importanti. Quindi con primi piatti con sughi di carne, funghi o selvaggina, di carni rosse o selvaggina eleborate ma non eccessivamente succulente, in salmì, al forno o in casseruola.
Raboso
La Nave de Oro
Rosso 75 cl. 11% vol.
Di colore rosso vino con riflessi violacei. Al naso risulta fruttato con note di frutta rossa, in particolare ciliegia e lampone. Al palato risulta morbido ed armonico. Si accompagna molte bene alle carni rosse, alle grigliate, maiale alla brace e salumi cotti in genere e veramente ottimo con la carne di maiale e la selvaggina.
